Next, draft an email to service@flycashflycash.com using the email address registered with your FlyCash account. Your email should include:

 

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Body: Confirm that you have settled all outstanding loans via the app and state your wish to permanently delete your FlyCash account.

 

3. Await Confirmation:

Our customer support team will respond to your email within five business days to confirm receipt. Following this confirmation, we will initiate the actual account deletion process.

 

It's important to note that once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and all associated information will be permanently erased.
